I met this exquisite gem now turned friend, Aaron Maxwell.  She is the CEO of Maxwellness, a brand that delivers restorative tranquility through mindful meditation by way of sound bath healing. If you’ve never tried it, you should.

I went to a private event in Pacific Heights, SF. Aaron was there as the main event.  I had never experienced a healing sound bath before. I loved the way she set everything up so inviting, warm, the way she explained everything and involved everyone. I have been to several other sound baths since experiencing Aaron’s, by far hers is the absolute BEST!

I first heard Aaron play at a Luxury Women’s Retreat and I was hooked! I had heard about Sound Baths but didn’t really know what it was all about.  I couldn’t; believe how rested yet energized I was afterwards! I felt like I was in a warm dreamstate yet still awake…according to my Apple watch I slept! From that moment on I have been hooked! I now see Aaron on a regular basis for all of my health needs.

NOBODY can ever get me to sleep! I’ve been to sound baths before, I usually end up looking around at everyone and the person playing the bowls. Not with Aaron! The way she plays lulls me to sleep.  I look forward to hearing (and resting) when Aaron plays!

I was so impressed with the soundscapes Aaron was able to make with all of the different instruments so effortlessly, so seamlessly. The best way I can describe it was that it was “sweet”. I could feel the love and intention as I drifted off into another world feeling so loved and cared for. As a DJ I am ultra sensitive to how people transition from one sound to the next, keeping in rhythm. I was really impressed by Aaron, her talent, her gift. I highly recommend Aaron for your own personal healing journey or to share with your loved ones.

I was really hesitant going to Aaron’s sound bath…I went to someone’s else’s sound bath before; it was so disruptive, jarring and disjointed that I never wanted to go to another one again! I know Aaron, I trust her & I know that she’ll make sure I’m ok.  Well, let me tell you! I actually fell asleep!!  I was drooling at the end!  I was SO out of it! I was so relaxed and felt so good at the same time I didn’t even know it was possible! The way she transitions from instrument to instrument is seamless!

The combo of sound healing and massage is next level!  I can drop into relaxation faster, my body responds quicker, the results last longer & feel out of this world! Highly, highly recommend Aaron!

My Entire family LOVES Aaron! She is more than our wellness guru, she has become a part of our family. We love her and need her so much we bring her on our vacations, special occasions and refer her to all of our friends & loved ones! Aaron takes care of All of our health and wellness needs! I know I can count on Aaron to translate what our doctors results are, help with recovery from surgeries, broken bones, twisted ankles, you name it, Aaron can fix it!

I don’t know how Aaron does it! She goes in, immediately finds the spot with laser focus then finds things I didn’t even know needed work! She has such a perfect balance of just enough pressure, a wide variety of modalities that she can draw from, I’m always amazed every time I see her!

I am very sensitive and guarded as to who I will let massage me. I have had several major back surgeries and rods in my back. I usually end up in worse pain than before the massage, I just tell myself “it’s good for me”.  Then I met Aaron…my entire world changed! She really listened to me. I have completely changed my mind about massage. She is the ONLY person I will see for bodywork, she’s the only who can see & feel things that I didn’t; even know were there. She does it such a way that I actually fall asleep!
